The Public Relations and Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive and strategic marketing communication plans that promote Morris Hospital based physician practices, including a broad range of internal and external communications, media relations, marketing communication initiatives, and social and digital media initiatives, including website.
Bachelor’s degree with major in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field. Two to three years of relevant experience (physician practice marketing preferred). Must demonstrate ability to write in a variety of styles for advertisements, news releases, feature articles, brochures, and social media. Awareness of general web trends, including search engine optimization. Familiarity with Office Picture Manager, Facebook, YouTube, and video editing software. Basic photography skills preferred.
